I've just tried 3 times to buy an item from Ebay but, when putting in my visa card details I have a message saying that it can't verify it to my billing address. Does anyone know why this would suddenly be happening. Thanks.

do you mean into your paypal account?
you'll need to let it do the verification transaction if you've not used paypal before

I don't have a pay pal account , i always just use my debit card for payment as i don't use ebay that often.
