2nd chance

Quick question - buyer wants to change mind - they have won but not paid yet - they have asked me to do a second chance to next bidder (eye roll) anyway did that but now I am not sure if I should have cancelled the sale first or asked buyer to retract (is it too late after auction end?) How does this work? I have tried live chat - I am 75th in the queue!!!

yes you need to send first buyer a cancellation request to get your fees back.

My description had everything in including this coat had buttons.
Buyer asks after winning - does coat have a zip? No it doesn't. So they no longer want it 5 minutes after bidding £1 more than previous bid which was a price I was very happy with. This sort of thing is happening more and more and it just seems so unfair and causes loads of work.
