Buyer wants my address?

Long story short - I agreed to send a sat nav to the States as I didn't realise I had to block international bidders, not just put UK only on the listing.

I sent it international signed for. Buyer has sent me a message saying it hasn't arrived and can he have my address. I have replied with a screenshot of the tracking page saying delivery was attempted but he wasn't there and he needs to arrange for re delivery or collection.

I'm starting to get nervous this is a scam, but he's paid, but I can't see why he wants my address? Any ideas? Is there anything more I should do?

I could be wrong, but I think it's on the sales record when a buyer purchases something anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much about it being a scam. (hopefully someone else will be able to confirm this tho?)

Ask them again to call the courier and attempt re delivery. If they get shirty, and If you can take the hit on your defect rate, ask them to open a case, you should win, if you have proof that delivery was attempted.

Thanks so much. I'm fairly new to ebay so still fumbling around a bit! It's been an odd sale as its dragged out a but with payment etc, but the buyer seems ok - he asked for tracked (would have sent it that way anyway) so he must want it!
