I usually use my mobile so I was rather shocked to log onto the main site and see I had an "unpaid item " strike. I immediately emailed an apology but is there anyway of getting it removed? I overlooked the item due to a combination of buying quite a few things, not noticing it had slipped off the list on my mobile as I paid for a lot together and not fully concentrating as I won it on a Sunday, having placed a bid Saturday evening, and I spent Monday in A&E with my Baby. My feedback shows that I'm not normally like that ... Can anyone help?
