payment unclaimed

hi I paid for a dress yesterday and payment showing as unclaimed in PayPal.
anyone any idea what this means will seller think I not paid x

That's odd, not sure what it means! I didn't think payments needed claiming

I never heard it before item is not marked paid on eBay app :-/

it means the seller has the wrong email address on the listing. Log in to your paypal, look at the email address it has gone to and notify the seller. They may be able to add the wrong email address to their paypal thus accepting the payment. If they don't do this you can cancel the payment in paypal, or in 30 days it automatically comes back to you.

You may need to pay again via paypal to the correct email address - you will need to ask the seller for that. At the moment the seller will think you have not paid for the item and could open a non payer case against you.

if it is a typo and she has no access to the wrong email address then the seller is powerless to resolve it. Have you told her which email you sent the payment to?

yep she says it's correct email address and PayPal want her verify acc. o don't know

yep wrong email address which according to seller my fault so charming . hopefully now he cancelled payment can get sorted

no it is not your fault! They typed in the email into the listing which is where your money has gone. You need to cancel the wrong payment yourself from paypal.

I recently changed email addresses and when my ebay email address and PayPal email address weren't the same this happened.

Was completely my fault and not the buyers! Took minutes to resolve once I'd figured what was wrong!
