Buyer has asked me to 'cancel' sale - what would you do?

I have sold a nice pair of boots. Buy now or best offer basis - I accepted the buyer's counter-off. She's now been in touch to say she's been shopping today and has bought a pair on the High Street so please cancel her sale. Not really in the spirit (or rules?) of Ebay me thinks - but what would you do faced with this?

Nothing much you can do as a buyer these days. You can't force her to pay for them, if you report her for non-payment she could/will leave you a negative feedback.

Sucks, but I'd cancel the sale and cut your loses. Then block the buyer.

If you report her as a non payer she can't neg and you will get your fees back - but if you send a cancellation and she refuses you won't get your fees back and she could still neg.

Send a message to say "Are you happy to accept a cancellation for this item? This will ensure I get my fees back and you won't have a non payment issue. If you are happy to accept then I can cancel the order no problem...kind regards etc etc

then BBL!!
