Ebay etiquette Q

We have been away for the weekend, since early Saturday afternoon, to somewhere pretty remote, with no mobile internet signal. I didn't realise that there was no signal till we got there.

I had two ebay sale listings ending this evening and both have sold. It was only after we got home, after the end of the listings, that I saw I had a question about one of the items, which was sent whilst we were away.

Obviously, that potential bidder can no longer bid, but should I acknowledge the question anyway and apologise for not answering? Or just leave it?

I would just reply with an explanation as to why you couldn't get back to them. Just keeps it polite and they may buy from you in future then.
