How do you report a scam ?

Sold a phone on eBay & as soon as it ended I realised the winner was more than likely a scammer as no feedback & then he was messaging me expecting me to jump through several thousand hoops , one of which included sending the phone to his nephew in Africa

How do I report him ?

go to live chat - and you need to tighten your settings to stop this sort of thing happening again. Go to the community boards - there is lots of advice there. Or try Gumtree with cash on collection only.
