unclaimed payment

I won a dress on eBay yesterday, I paid through PayPal. The item is now saying payment pending and when ive checked on PayPal its saying payment unclaimed.
I've messaged the seller and asked them check their PayPal, she did get back to me and said there was nothing on her PayPal.
What do I need to do now? I haven't had any problem with any other purchases, but looking at the sellers feedback they haven't had any transactions since 2011.

wrong email address on the listing. The seller needs to accept the payment - but if it is a typo they can't do that. If it is an old email address then the seller adds that email to their paypal and that will accept the payment. If not you need to cancel it in paypal and send the money manually to the write address.

Seller can click on 'sell similar' from the listing to see what email the pymt has gone to btw.

Thanks, ive got a horrible feeling that she will file a non paying dispute so she can resell it. It went for a lot less than she was hoping for I think.

ask her for the right email address - then you can send from Paypal direct

yes you will be - you would just file a claim via paypal not ebay. But the seller needs to give you the correct email address.
