Anyone managed to contact Ebay recently?

I have been trying for a few days for an update on reporting a buyer.
The waiting time on chat every time is around an hour and the phone waiting time is given as 4-6 hours! I have tried at all times of day and night and still the same..

There is mayhem due to ebays new Managed Returns that came in this week and sellers are going crazy with problems. You can call and ask for a call back. That might work.

Ah right, didn't know about the managed returns stuff.
I have requested call backs, problem is they both came four or five hours later when I had gone out...
About to try again now, maybe Sunday morning will be quieter
In the meantime a loon who has accused me of selling counterfeit goods has been allowed to leave feedback to that effect on my previously 100% record dating back years

you can report the feedback - you don't need to use live chat to do it.

Have they returned the item for a refund?

I have reported they buyer as she threatened to leave negative feedback and to get their friends to do the same
She then did leave negative feedback which I also reported. I had already requested several times that she return the product if she was unhappy as we take accusations of fraud very seriously, as do our ( legitimate ) suppliers. She did not respond to this except with more abuse and still has the product.
I just want to know what Ebay will do next..

If they do take action against the buyer then eBay won't tell you what it is. Have you requested a feedback removal?

Oh. I was kind expecting an update from them -never had to do this before. I have asked for feedback removal, but I guess that will depend on the outcome of the 'report buyer' investigation.
