Overseas buyer not paid after 3 days... What next?

Buyer is from Iceland and bid on the item even though the listing stated (in the item specifics) that I only post to the UK.

In a fit of uncharacteristic goodwill, I emailed the buyer stating that I do not post overseas, but would do so on this occasion; however, it would cost more than the stated postage price and did they want me to quote for postage or cancel?

Three days later, they still have not replied or paid.

What should I do next?

just open an unpaid case to get your fees back. And add to blocked bidder list too.

As luck would have it, they've just paid and given me a uk address. Will block for next time though.

If that UK address isn't the buyer's address on ebay you're opening yourself up to a scam.

you must only send to the address from the paypal receipt - do not send to an alternative if it has just been given by the buyer separately. Wide open to being ripped off then.

Oh yes, sorry, should have said- they changed their paypal address. I wouldn't send to any other.

make sure you send with full tracking/insurance too. How much was it? Courier may be better.
