advice waiting till 19th

bit of advice please for my mum she won baby clothes and paid on the 1st
after sending three messages as no dispatch to be told rather rudely would have to wait till around 19th as on leave and would do then.
no mention on original ad at all

I think sent a cancel request but again no response. wat now x

open a not received case?

weren't sure if ebay would allow that as she intends to send eventually

what was the dispatch interval, how many days did they say they would dispatch by? I do 3 day dispatch, most sellers do 1day, Ebay allows something crazy like 2 weeks. They are bound by the dispatch interval they gave. You can file "not received" as soon as the estimated date of delivery has passed.

Look on the original posting of the item and it will give estimated time of arrival ofcourse allow for week-end posting,and if item not received two days after date given raise an INR case,I post next collection after payment received which I think a lot of people expect now,I can't understand sellers who take their time posting when e-bay buyers are so few and far between at the moment.

after another email seller has refunded guess they didn't want the nri case. Thanks for the help x
