Ebay newbie here...
Sold a number of things on ebay last week, had to open 3 UIP cases. 2 of them have finally paid however the final one has not and I am just wanting to draw a line under the whole thing.
I waited 4 days (2 invoices and a polite reminder after the item was sold) before opening a UIP. The UIP is now in its 5th day (9 days unpaid in total) - do I now have the right to close the UIP manually?
I can't get an exact timeline from the ebay policies, is it just at the seller's discretion?
