Buying help!

Hi I purchased am item from eBay. I have had no comms from the seller despite asking a question after purchase and immediate payment. Item was won 4 days ago and hasn't been dispatched yet either. I have a bad feeling about this!! if a few more days pass with no contact/dispatch what can I do? TIA

4 days is a bit quick to get worried - when is it due to be dispatched/delivered?

If they don't send it you just file not received and get your money back. You are covered.

Thanks. I'm just abit concerned as its a high value item. Guess I'm just jittery about it! Seller states expected turn around as 1 working day. I will just have to wait and see

just message them using the other option and ask when it will be sent and can you have the tracking info.

Not everyone marks dispatched so it could have been sent but they just haven't clicked that button on ebay

Just a quick update. The buyer had gone away on holiday for a few days so that was why he had not responded to my emails. On his return he actually sent the package by a better postal service than I had paid for so was very relieved all was OK. Thanks for the all the advice given
