Not as described case - have ebay actually ruled in my favour?

I opened a case recently because an item sold as hardly used/fabulous condition turned out to be really quite worn down. The seller has been quite difficult, first refusing to accept the item was misdescribed, then after being challenged accepting to refund item cost on return but refusing to refund original P&P.

There have been quite a few emails between us in the resolution centre with no real agreement on a solution. And I have added some photos to explain my complaint.

Today I got an automated message from ebay saying "we have informed the seller that the item wasn't as described" and instructing me to return it. The case has only been open a few days. Does anyone know if this means ebay have actually ruled in my favour or does it just mean the seller accepted the item should be returned?

if it is less than 8 days then yes the seller has asked you to return it. You need to give tracking now - Hermes may be cheaper plus guaranteed proof of delivery for £2.98 if under 1kg. RM don't bother with a signature a lot of the time so are not as reliable I find.
