Can you tell me how I escalate a case?

There doesn't a ppear to be a button or anything indicating how I do this and it's 8 days since I opened the case and getting nowhere with the seller thanks

it will be available exactly 8 days after - what time did you open the case? It will tell you at the bottom.

Thanks a lot mindyour I opened the first case at 15.44 and the option to escalate has now appeared.
