Ebay and Email Messages

Can someone tell me, when ebay look at a case that's been opened do they only review the buyer and seller emails within the case or the ones between them prior to the case opening also (I really want them to see what this seller is like) Thanks

To the best of my knowledge, they will only review messages within the case. I wouldn't be surprised if they would be able to view messages outside the case though, as long as they were sent through eBay and not an external email client. However I don't think they will, normally.

You can include it in the case, if the seller has been rude/threatening or whatever it is (I'm guessing they've not exactly been kind when you say you want them to see what the seller is like). I would copy/paste any excerpts which were particularly bad/offensive.

Num Thankfully they haven't been threatening/offensive but they have been uncooperative and petty. Thanks for the advice, I shall cut and paste as you suggest
