had enough of the crap they sell on ebay

I have just received a bag described as used but well taken care of
It smells like some charity shop stuff (I buy at charity shops but avoid that damp smelling stuff)
It is really shabby and the material is fraying around one of the poppers
I paid over £5 postage and it cost £2.80
I dont want it, I would never have bid if the description had been correct
It seems that if there is a name on it some people will sell any crap
If I return can I get my postage refunded?

I would say that you need to read what the sellers refund policy is regarding returns, or email them to ask. Have they got a good record of positive feedback, they will not want to get a negative from you so IMO would co-operate. It would have been what I would have done when I was a seller.

yes you can return for a refund - but it will cost you to send it back tracked. It will be £2.98 with Hermes so cheaper than RM. A good seller will give return costs too. You can of course leave appropriate feedback and stars.
