Can a buyer change positive feedback?

I sold a blouse on ebay almost 6 weeks ago. I posted it and a couple of days later received positive feedback from the seller. 2 weeks later I received a message saying it didn't fit and wasn't as described, although not happy I immediately replied saying please return for a refund (I didn't realise at this point she had left positive feedback and was just keen to resolve the issue without damaging my ratings). Anyway I heard nothing for almost 2 weeks until she messaged me saying she had posted the blouse. That was 10 days ago, I got a message this morning asking for her refund. I replied saying once I received the item I would refund. She is claiming she sent it and will alter feedback unless I refund her. Can she do this?

no she can't - I doubt she has posted it back at all. And she is now too late to open a case too. Don't refund a penny unless it arrives back.

Sounds to me like she is trying it on. Did she post back using a tracked service? If not and she has sent back its her problem. As far as I am aware you cannot change fb once it has been left.

No, can't change feedback. It's too late for her to get a refund anyway (30 days) so I would ignore her. Unless she can provide a tracking reference for the returned item it's her problem.
