I got an email this morning saying a seller had opened a case against me for not paying. It's an item I have looked at but I genuinely do not remember buying.
I have 100% feedback and have always paid immediately in the past. I wouldn't mess a seller about like that 
I have messaged them to say I'm very sorry but I don't remember buying the item and can I cancel the order.
I have no idea what's happened. And I feel really bad for the seller and feel like I've done something wrong and stupid even though I know I didn't buy it.
