Reducing auction price after sold

Hi, I cocked up a sale when I lost my garage key when item was duration be collected. Therefore I am giving a hefty discount.

Is there a way of reducing my ebay fee to reflect the actual sale price?

get the buyer to cancel the transaction/sale, this way you cant give/receive feedback but you will get both the listing fee and Final value fee back :-)

no you won't get the listing fee back, and they can still leave feedback.

I would phone Ebay cust-services to ask. i have a strong feeling you can't reduce the FVF unless you give 100% refund.
