Hover your mouse over each set of stars in turn and tell us what value out of 5 it gives. Then go to your seller dashboard, check the detailed seller ratings and let us know if any are "below standard".

Yep you need to check your dashboard and see if anyone has left you low stars - 3 or less for any of the categories. This might not show from your overall stars which could still be high if you have sold quite a bit.
