Unpaid item

I have a buyer who hasn't paid. The auction ended 8 days ago. How do I open an unpaid item case against them? I have searched eBay but just can't figure it out.

next to the item click on the arrow and select resolve a problem - and next time open within 48 hours. You need to wait another 4 days until you can close it - and only then can you relist or do a second chance offer.

My preference is to make sure I've reminded a buyer about needing to pay at least once before opening a case. I assume you've sent reminders, is that right?

I have. I emailed and sent an invoice. No reply.

I have found recently that some buyers are not paying until they get the reminder from e-bay by way of an opened case against them,but I still wait 2 days before sending another invoice I think maybe they may be at work or work shifts etc but 8 days is far too long to wait.
