Buyer not getting my responses to arrange pick up collection

What do I do? The buyer has sent me 7 messages and I have replied to each. At first I thought she wasn't very bright and wasn't reading the details, then I realised she's not getting anything. I've tried sending from different sections of ebay, have replied directly from my email programme, have tried a different computer. Is there anything else I can try?

I wonder if she's definitely given the right email address to eBay?

I'd suggest getting in touch with eBay and explaining that the buyer doesn't seem to be getting your messages.

Can you see her phone number somewhere?

send a request to cancel the transaction - or send her another invoice and add your mobile number.

You can also report her for false contact details too. You are replying via ebay messages?

Mirandawest, thanks for the prompt - I have found the bit in ebay now where you can request the buyers phone number, so have that. Hopefully we'll sort it out now. I think she's genuine, just not getting my messages!
