Paypal can anyone help please

Have been a seller mainly but also a buyer on ebay for just over a year now..so today after receiving payment through paypal for an item theres a yellow box coming up on my paypal page asking me to provide information about my account check status or resolve..what does this mean? also when clicked it shows lift limits and how much received/sent?? and only 800 remaining till november..what does all this mean? My family often send me payments through paypal for mine and kids birthdays,xmas etc.I also use paypal to purchase in online stores...can they still do this and can I still buy online??? can anyone shed any light on this or anyone else had this happen? Thanks

they need you to provide information to them so you can continue receiving money.

I would if they let me, every time I click the resolve link my page comes up with sorry your last action could not be completed..my last transaction WAS completed and this page is coming up every time for hours now sign in sign out still there when I click resolution centre link, driving me mad don't know what else to do won't let me provide any information!!!

They will probably just want you to verify your bank account or phone number. Don't panic, it's easily solved
