I won and paid for a collection only item just over two weeks ago (22 May).
I've had terrible trouble trying to arrange collection and requested a refund from the seller earlier. Needless to say, I haven't heard anything yet. Anyway, I've just had a look at the Resolution Centre and it says that I can't open a case until 2nd July as that is the estimated delivery date.
That's a terribly long time to wait. Please could someone reassure me that I am not going completely mad...
