I won a collection only item of furniture a week ago. I email the seller to ask when i could collect and how they wanted payment immediatly. I didn't hear anything so 2 days later I sent another message about collection and paid by paypal. Left it another 2 days and sent another message. I've still heard nothing and am really in need of this item so if they don't want to sell it (I was the only bidder so I think they don't want it to go as cheap as I got it), so I went to open a case, but ebay won't let me. I tried doing it under item not recieved, but then I'm told my item is scheduled to arrive by the 2nd of July! and so it's too early to open a case.
What can I do? The seller has listed other items for sale since I won my item so I am fairly sure they are ignoring my messages. I would really like to get my money back so I can try and get the item else where.
