Item taking for ever to arrive

Ordered something off eBay as buy it now on 1st May.

The seller only marked as shipped on 10th May after I chased them to see if it had been dispatched. Listing stated dispatch within one working day of payment.

It is coming from China but still no sign of the item, seller keeps telling me to wait it or says it will come tomorrow etc etc

The delivery on the listing stated between 9th and 19th May

Fed up of waiting.. What can I do

The delivery window has passed now by ten days. I would definately open one today. It looks like they took ages to post it. Hopefully it will arrive today or tmrw. If it does just close case,

Seller claims he posted on the 2nd. I think he hasn't sent at all as he accepted my best offer which was £45 under his asking price

Definately open case then as you will require refund.

yes open the case before you run out of time. You only have 30 days to do it so get on before it is too late.
