eBay "Add item specifics to increase exposure" - can't get it to work?

I am selling a few things and have done my listings. In "selling reminders" eBay is telling me to "add item specifics to increase exposure", but when I click through, I can't see what item specifics it thinks I am missing. It says that the suggested additions should be highlighted, but I can't see that anything is highlighted.

I do have some item specifics in each listing, so it's not as if there are none to start with.

Has anyone else had this? Or know how I can find the suggested improvements?

I just ignore this on ebay and leave my ad how I'm happy with it. Is it allowing you to list the item?

Go to revise item and see if you can edit the specifics there.

This is driving me up the wall!

I had 15 listings (same item but different colours/styles) all set up perfectly (according to ebay) all item specifics were entered. Listings were set for 30 days.

The other day I saw a note from ebay saying '5 listings need item specifics', I've had a look and can't see whats changed nor what needs changing and don't know why the five listings have dropped out of having the correct specifics.

Glad it's not just me! Thanks for the replies! My actual listings definitely still have the item specifics I entered, and I didn't complete every single "item specifics" field when I was setting up the listing (because they aren't relevant / possible), but the eBay tool doesn't seem to highlight which it wants me to complete. Argh!

I know!! if it at least told you what was wrong/missing we might be in with a chance to change it

I think that they changed some categories recently which could be why you are getting error messages.
