Never using Ebay online Help again

I wanted to relist some items that hadn't sold - they had automatically relisted for the requisite number of times, but no luck.

I didn't want to enter all the info again so I tried to manually relist. I get an error message:
It says - Oops, it looks like you've missed something. Please fix the problem below -

AUTOMATICALLY RELISTED
Ladies' ... Top

So I ask Ebay. She kept telling me it would automatically relist. I kept telling her it had finished and that was my message - what should I do?

She never really answered, just offered to do it for me. Lovely, but what about the other items it will undoubtedly happen to?
She never really answered the questions (repeated many times!) and then ended the session!!

So - any ideas what I have to do? I have about 10 items I need to relist and I can't go through all that again...

ok so these are items that have finished? Have you tried relisting by clicking on UNSOLD on the left hand side of your home page? I am not sure what you can try if it seems to think that items have auto relisted but they haven't - cut and paste to try and save time with making new listings? Sorry not much help.

click on sell similar - are all the dtails still there to list quicker?

There was obviously a problem and as she checked all my listings so she could relist the specific one we were discussing she must have fixed whatever it was as a blue Relist it button appeared (definitely wasn't there previously).

It was the sheer ignoring of what I actually typed and the way the call was cut off that infuriated me!!
