Ebay disaster! Sent items to wrong address.

I have sent two bundles of clothing on ebay to 2 different buyers. My printer is broken so I had to use a courier that provides the labels which costs more but needs must. Anyway the labels have been put on the wrong parcels and sent to the wrong people. What is the best way of fixing this without a printer? One of the buyers haven't got their parcel yet but it's due today, the other parcel arrived this morning.

What shall I do? It doesn't help that ipostparcels don't haves a contact number as far as I can see!

I can't imagine a courier company doing anything to help unless they'd screwed up.

The first thing I'd do it send grovelling apologies to the buyers so they'd know there's a problem in advance of receiving their parcels. Then, if I got a nice response from both, I'd consider requesting them to each forward "their" parcel to the other with me having provided money via Paypal beforehand to cover postage costs. As soon as I got anything looking remotely like irritation on the part of either buyer, I'd offer return at my expense and full refund.

But on balance, and wanting to keep control of what's going on, I'd probably just offer return at my expense and full refund in any case.

tell the buyer who hasn't received it to refuse the delivery and ask the other buyer to return the wrong bundle to you - you will need to paypal them the money for this. You can send to their email as a gift payment so no fees.

Minefield if they send on to each other to be honest - you need them both back to you before you either refund or resend to right addresses.

did you put your return address on the parcel ?

If so I would do what lavender suggests

it is with a courier so they will have a return address.

Both buyers are great! I'm getting parcel one collected from buyer one tomorrow with a courier and having it sent direct to buyer 2. Buyer 2 missed the parcel but I'm going to get that parcel sent to buyer one and all should be ok, won't it? Nothing can go wrong with that plan can it?

Buyer 1 thinks it's funny as she received 11-12 clothing for her 2 year old and thought they looked a little large.

Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly now, it's been one of those weeks!
