Buyer paid but not collecting

I sold a wardrobe, collection only and the sale was completed on the 29th March. I was happy for it to be cash on collection but the buyer paid on paypal. I contacted him to arrange the pick up and he arranged a possible date, then cancelled, arranged another, then cancelled, and he has now gone very quiet, basically ignoring my emails. What do I do? If he hadn't paid I would just resist it, but as he has paid for it it is now his, and I have a bloody great wardrobe in the way!

refund the paypal first of all - and then send a cancellation request to get your fees back. If he ignores it you will get fees back in 7 days. Then add to blocked bidder list and relist - and never take paypal for collected items.

I've read on here that a lot of posters say cash only for collection items. The buyer could pay by Paypal, collect it, then claim item not received and Paypal would give their money back because there's no proof of delivery.
