Buyer wants item sent to different address

Ice just sold an item on eBay. Buyer paid no prob. However they have asked me to send it somewhere different. Buyer in northants and wants it sent to Berkshire. It's for a different name too. My cynical side says account could be hacked. What do I do?

Have emailed buyer explaining this.

no you don't do it - you send tracked to the address given by paypal.

Or you refund, they add the gift address, and choose that when they pay. And then you send to that address tracked.

Otherwise you have no seller protection.
