open an unpaid item dispute? How long is an appropriate time to wait for the buyer to pay? Thanks.

Can open UID 48 hours after auction finished.
Gives buyer 4 days (96 hours) before you can close the case & they get an Unpaid Strike. You have to check your open cases to close the item out & get your FVF back.

They get nagging reminders to pay, although you can also send a message to ask if they still want the item.

Keep in mind that they still give you F-Back if they do pay up, so be courteous & professional at all times.

Thanks for the advice. Its been 4 days since auction ended so I think I will send another (polite) payment reminder before escalating.
