Item not received

What do I do now?
Have bought from seller before with no problem, ordered and paid on 25/04
I've messaged 48hrs ago via eBay messaging to say item hasn't arrived, do I just wait? No reply yet

just open a not received case - they have another 8 days to give tracking/send the item.

Thanks. I found a telephone number and rang them and they said the guy that deals with eBay is in at 11. And that some parcels have been returned by Royal Mail as not delivered. Asked if the eBay guy can check and reply
Will wait until the end of today and open not received
