It clearly says UK only but they have gone ahead and won the items without contacting me first and asking if I ship to Poland. They haven't paid yet. Where do I stand?

You haven't set your seller dashboard to sell only within the uk. Just saying the postage does not stop anyone from outside the uk from bidding.

I post to Poland and many other countries and have never had a problem.

You will need to get an accurate quote and make sure you send by trackable means. Take the item to the Post office and ask for a quote and then you can inform the buyer of the cost and send them a revised invoice showing the amended postage cost.

Or if you don't want to sell it to them, send a polite note saying that you are very sorry but you will not be posting outside of the UK.

You can then relist or sell to the under bidder.

Be careful about getting your fees back as if you ask the buyer for a mutual cancellation they may refuse and tick the box saying they want the item and then you will not get your fees back.
