Should I cancel bid from bidder with less than 20 fb

and mostly -ve comments about non payment? Or hope that someone outbids him. I don't want to waste time if they are unlikely to pay. The item only has one bid atm.

I'd cancel it I think. Less than twenty fb wouldn't bother me because everyone's got to start somewhere with it but the negative comments would put me off.

Make sure you block their future bids as well as cancelling their bid.
