Return not arrived...

My buyer opened a case - item not as described - and I agreed a refund 17 days ago. I assumed she'd decided not to bother (it's a dress for £10) but today she emails me to say that she will try to do it tomorrow. Do I still have to accept? I don't like the idea that she's worn it in the meantime. Her reason for saying that it was not as described was because she said it looked like it had been worn more than three times (it hasn't).

Hmm. A similar thing happened to me once. Item came back smelling of BO. You could say it is over the return limit (which I thought was 14 days) but Lavendergreen14 says buyers have 30 days (see returns thread) I had to refund my buyer as there seems to be little you can do. I think sending something back after 2 weeks is really off. Block buyer so she can't do it again - sounds like same one I had even similar reason.

Ok thanks - I guess there's nothing I can do then...

tell her to return in the condition it was sent - and say if it has been worn and washed you won't be able to refund.
