Paypal for cash on collections

Hi all

I have a large item that weights in excess of 30kg that I listed as collection only and no couriers or delivery available due to this.
The item has ended at a brilliant price and to someone about 30 mins away from me.
I immediately sent a message congratulating on their win and asking them to get in touch to arrange collection...this was yesterday afternoon.
I woke up this morning to find they haven't responded to my message but have sent money via paypal.

So I have refunded the money and again sent another message asking them to get in touch to arrange collection and explained that collection items are always cash so there is no chance of being scammed.

How long do I have to wait before I relist or can I do a second chance offer if this person is going to ignore my messages?

you need to cancel the auction first to get your fees back, and only then can you relist or do a second chance offer.

this happened to me too only the other week and I posted about it for advice.
I refunded the Paypal money as I'd specifically said it was cash on collection . He gave me a negative feedback and eBay have not removed it or refunded my fees even though I reported him.
It has put me off doing Collection Only, forever!

As for re listing, the same thing happened again! the next person also ignored and paid by Paypal! Just wish people would actually READ the listing especially the bits in bold type
