I know I'm paranoid, but should I verify my Paypal account with my bank account?

I haven't so far, but as I'm selling more on Ebay, the amount of money in there is building up.

No. I'm leaving it till I've finished selling the things I need to sell now and all the fees are taken out.

I don't know why I'm paranoid - just wondering about the security I suppose.
