Dh brought something fairly expensive which didn't work so we contacted seller and he replied no problem send it back for full refund. He has the item now but says he is having problems with refund. Ebay have said to him Funds are not available while this transaction is being reviewed by ebay
What should he/we do now. Do we close the case? Dh is worried if we do that the seller may not refund is that right? Tia
