Is it ever ok to just tell a buyer to sod off?

Maybe in a slightly more polite way.
I sold a few clothes on eBay, the auctions ended yesterday & as people paid, I packed up their parcels & put them in a bag to go to the PO this morning.
Later on, DH did a few parcels for me.
So, I've just discovered that one lady bought 2 items. I'd usually refund the postage on the second item & pack them together but because she paid at different times when the auctions finished & DH did one parcel while I i did the other, I didn't realise she'd bought 2.
She's been hassling me all day. Telling me I should have 'known' she'd bought 2 things, insisting I refund postage, threatening bad feedback etc etc.
I've refunded half the postage on the second item but that's not good enough. I'm a disgrace to eBay, blah blah blah.
Can I tell her to piss off? I don't really care about one bad feedback & I will block her but can I tell her she's a dickhead first?
