Getting negative feedback removed / case for refund.

Hi
Last week I sold an item but the buyer has left me negative feedback saying it isn't the size that was advertised. I know that is it the size I advertised as it was originally bought for me to wear. It has really annoyed me so I decided to check on the manufacturer's website as something didn't seem right. Turns out the item is not even made in the size they are claiming has been received.

I've reported the buyer for leaving inappropriate feedback, is there much chance of getting it removed - I've never had this happen before.

Also, could the buyer still open a claim and me be forced to give a refund?

doubtful it will be removed - and yes they could open a not as described case and get a full refund.

Is there any photographic proof, ie of tag etc you should be able to open a case to Ebay and they remove it as long as you have some evidence.

They could open a claim if it was the wrong size but as you say it wasn't so this would fail.

I stupidly didn't take a photo of the tag. I checked the one I have in a different colour in case I had made an error in the listing (they were the same size) and the label on the one I still have is what I listed. It also isn't made in the size they are claiming, not sure how I can prove that (I've sent ebay the link to where the item is purchased but not sure that will be enough).

It seems odd that the buyer has just left negative feedback rather than opening a case which is what I would do if someone sent me something that was a different size to what was listed. I am wondering if the item just fits differently to what they normally buy and have tried to say I've sent it wrong.

It is bit rubbish of them as eBay I think would like to see things resolved amicably.
