Seller sent wrong item

Bought an accessory for my pram for £40 but seller has sent me something completely different! I immediately sent a message but two days later, have heard nothing.

I'm stuck with an item I don't want and £40 down. Not sure what to do..

I would send her another message just in case the first one went astray.

Give her until Wednesday at the latest to respond.

Then open a case with eBay. Easy peasy. If the item is wrong, they will refund you.
