Buyer bought and paid for heavy item but not replying to emails

Help! I am not sure what to do now, he has bought a fireplace for £35 and paid me with Paypal immediately (despite me saying cash on collection in the item details) and now he's not replied to my two messages thanking him and asking him when he'd like to collect.

He has 0 feedbacks and is over 200 miles away from me.

I don't want to do the mutual cancellation agreement as he is so unresponsive. But I can't do unpaid item dispute as he's paid!

How long should I give him and what can I do next? I want the item gone in a reasonable timescale hence the cheap price.

Sneaky trick probably, pays with Paypal then Turns up randomly to collect, then reverses payment. Refund the payment and send message to say cash only as stated. If he doesn't contact you then it's non payment.

You can still send a cancellation request still, if he ignores it you do get your fees back after 7 days. But you must refund first. And add him to your blocked bidder list too.

Great he has replied at last to say that he wasn't planning on picking up straightaway - wtf does that mean?! So annoying.

Refund him. Then non payment him if he doesn't collect within the next week or so!

you cannot file a non payment case because he has paid - all you can do is file a cancellation request - that is if he doesn't bring cash.

OP have you refunded him yet? If not you need to do that now.

refund the paypal whatever happens, you never accept paypal for picked up items anyway, and email him to say it is cash on collection only. If nothing has happened by a week after the sale then you need to open a case.

last time I did a refund the paypal-ebay link was faulty so it won't show as unpaid. If this is still the case, contact ebay via the chat facility - once you've got through the Bangalore-speak they are helpful, so explain clearly that you need the item to be marked as unpaid as why.

then open the case. You need to do this to get your seller fees refunded. Block him from future purchases.

just seen update. Still refund, still explain why and ask when he plans to pick up. unless there is a good reason, say you want to cancel the transaction.

if he still pisses you about proceed as above.
