Can I close a case against me?

Buyer opened a case against me saying she didn't receive an item. I provided tracking details which prove she did.

Now buyer wont close the case despite several messages from me asking her politely too. I have 2 items I need to pay for but I cant because my paypal balance is -£35.00 because they took the money back when she opened the case.

I think you need to wait it out and eBay closes the case.

Why can't you pay for your items with a card?

You could phone eBay.

I have tried to pay with my card, but because of the negative balance it wont let me.

I could transfer some money to my paypal account, but it take 5-7 days from bank account so that doesn't help either.

I hate how ebay is so weighted in the buyers favour. Luckily I sent it recorded or I wouldn't have a leg to stand on
