Is it acceptable to be slightly annoyed at bidders who haven't paid for small priced items?

I sold a load of items and 2 bidders haven't paid yet and it's things coming in at less than a fiver.
How long do I wait? What's the best etiquette in this situation?

I open an unpaid case after 48 hours, this gives another 4 days to pay.

I would tend to wait 36 hours, send another reminder invoice, and then file after 72 hours or so.

I think non/slow paying bidders is the number one complaint on Ebay, hardly matters what the value was.

I am one of the few who doesn't care about slow/non payers. I care if they moan after I send an item I thought was in perfectly good nick. I'd rather they didn't bother to pay at all.

As long as they inform me, I don't see why paying later is a problem unless one is in financial dire straits.
