Buyer has very politely emailed to say sorry but could she return the coat as although it is her usual size it is a bit too big. Am tempted to say ffs just wear it!
I only accept returns if faulty or not as described. It clearly says so on the listing. WIBU to say sorry but I don't refund just because you've changed your mind? Or should I suck it up as a goodwill gesture?
