i have filled in the complaint thing. How long do they take?

shouldn't be too long, 24 hours or so - what did she say? It has to meet criteria to be removed.

So they email you either way to tell you ?

Said I lied about size. She only asked for measurements after thd bloody sale so was out of courtesy I sent them at all

yes they let you know - and if that is what she said, no they won't remove it. Do not be tempted to leave her bad feedback either btw.

because she hasn't broken any rules - that is just her opinion. Leave it a day or so then leave calm follow up then forget about it is my advice - and hope she hasn't trashed your stars too.
