Just before Xmas I listed a few of my son's video games. All fine, however one buyer messaged me to say that he thought the game was "good" not "very good" as described and he would have to leave me neutral feedback. I didn't want this and as I am no expert in gaming I ended up just refunding and telling him to keep the game - it wasn't a huge amount and I am very protective of my feedback. He left feedback saying "thanks for the refund" and having looked at my DSR report I know he left low stars (there was only 1 and it was in category video games). I felt a bit niggled and have looked at the feedback he has left for others. Now I see he has done the refund thing several times as well as leaving negs for other sellers (maybe they didn't give him a free item!!) Feeling quite cross and wondering whether to report him to ebay. I don't want to start something that will end up causing me grief though and my stars are still 4.9 so hasn't done bad damage. Is there any way of me leaving him feedback which outs him as a devious twat? I haven't left him any yet but I know I can't leave neg for a buyer or pos with neg feedback but could I word it to warn others? Has anyone reported someone and what happened. Is it anonymous or does the person know who has complained?
